1. UGL signed a contract with the ” Far East Agency for attraction of investments and support of export” to provide research services in the field of logistics from China to Russia and from Russia to China through the transit ports and border crossings. The experience and knowledge of UGL employees in the field of international transportation allow us to understand the specifics of this market, as well as to reflect the business needs that are relevant for mutual cooperation between China and the Russian Federation. The complementarity of the border regions opens up additional prospects for Russian and Chinese players in the international transport market. The above-mentioned research will help our client to understand the weak point in the international transit and to improve the quality of international transit services provided by the relevant state companies.
   
2. UGL started to register a patent (utility model) in the field of road lighting for a Russian inventor. Technology cooperation is an important branch of Russian-Chinese relationships, but in order to protect the interests of the Russian side, it is necessary to pre-register an invention or utility model in the PRC. In this case, all agreements with Chinese partners will be protected by local legislation.
3. Our company has conducted two transactions for the transfer of shares of WOFE companies changing their owners in this way. The peculiarities of the Chinese legislation allow changing the scope of activity, the management  of the company and the name of the company, which creates great convenience for new shareholders and saves significant time resources. While buying a company from a previous owner it is very important to know the history of operations.
