• This year the use of credit limits set by the Chinese insurance company Sinosure for the clients of our company – UGL Corporation amounted to USD10 million. Despite the crisis year, all our customers were able to pay to their Chinese suppliers in time, there were no overdue credits. Working through the Chinese insurance company Sinosure provides additional opportunities for business expansion, tax-free financing in the form of a commodity loan reduces the burden on the business caused by the high credit rates in Russia. Our company also provides consolidation services through a single Chinese exporter which also allows us to increase our portfolio. In this case our client can continue to order goods from several  factories while the export credit will be provided by one big company.

The plan for 2016 is to increase the portfolio of deals export credit twice and bring it up to 20 million US dollars.

• In connection with the introduction of anti-Turkish sanctions on textile products, our company has prepared a proposal to replace Turkish knitwear with supplies from China. Chinese knitwear is comparable in price, and in some cases even surpasses Turkish in quality. A variety of ready-made knitwear products produced in Chinese factories provide a large market for manufacturers of knitwear fabric.
