- UGL signed a service agreement with one of the largest Russian food holdings – “Yanta” company, the owner of well-known brands of butter, mayonnaise and sauces. Our company will provide services for the registration of their subsidiary in Beijing. Russian oil and fat products actively explore the Chinese market, and the presence of his own company in China may ease interaction with distributors and will strengthen this Russian brand.
2. A consulting agreement was signed with Russian East Siberia Metals LLC for attracting the Chinese and foreign investors to the project for the development of Ozernoye, the world’s largest lead-zinc concentrate field. Our company held successful negotiations with a number of Chinese investors and the project raised high interest in the market as lead and zinc are strategic raw materials for China.
