1. The registration of a subsidiary of PJSC «Transcontainer» in Shanghai has been completed. The Shanghai Free Trade Zone was chosen as the place of registration for this WOFE company. This is the first major Russian resident of this zone. Registration in the zone gives foreign companies a number of advantages, including the possibility to carry out activities prohibited in other districts and provinces of the PRC. The sphere of international transport shows steady growth, especially in the field of international transit transport, located on the route “One Belt – One Road”. The decision to register a subsidiary company in Shanghai Free Trade Zone was made due to a detailed consultation in the form of a “road map” prepared by our company for the investing company – PJSC “Tanscontainer”.
2. UGL began the process of certification of cosmetic products of Russian origin (products manufactured by “Fora-pharm” company ). Russian cosmetics are just beginning to enter into the foreign markets. However, the interest  from foreign consumers is very high, especially due to the high content of natural ingredients and strict compliance with production technologies. At the same time, the process of entering the Chinese market has certain barriers – mandatory pre-certification of products is required. This is quite a long and time-consuming process, but as a result, one of the largest Asian markets will be opened for the manufacturer.
