The company UGL Corporation Ltd. was registered in 2005 in Hong Kong, until 2013 the company had Representative Offices in China in Beijing and Guangzhou, in July 2013 a subsidiary was registered in Beijing – UGL Consulting Co., Ltd.
UGL Corporation Ltd. provides agency services related to the location of production at enterprises, assists in the procurement of quality products at manufacturing plants, advises on financial, investment and legal issues of doing business in China, as well as organizes the transportation of goods by sea and rail.
