When purchasing goods worth less than $ 20,000, the Contractor’s fee is negotiated separately, but is at least $ 1,500.
The volume of purchases made by the Customer with the assistance of the Contractor is defined as the cost of the goods shipped during the reporting period (calendar month), as indicated in the commercial invoices of suppliers in China (excluding delivery to the destination).
If there is more than 1 supplier of goods for one delivery, the percentage of the remuneration of the Contractor may be increased in proportion to transport and travel expenses.
