1. The registration of the subsidiary of the Trading House “Akulchev” (“Akulchev”) in Shanghai has been completed. The company plans to sell made-in-Russia confectionery products on the Chinese market. Our company helped the client to register a subsidiary company with 100% foreign capital in the shortest possible time, and to issue all the necessary additional licenses for conducting business with food products. Russian goods are increasingly seen on the shelves of Chinese supermarkets, and the export of packaged food products is growing, which has a positive impact on the trade balance between the two countries.
2. Specialists of the HR department of UGL found and recruited Chinese specialists for a number of large customers from the Russian Federation. For Trading House “‘ Akulchev ” situated in the city of Shanghai we completed formation of the team  from the very start of the business, created  administrative and operational departments of the company, built a system of motivation. Employment contracts with Chinese and foreign employees were prepared strictly in line with the local labor legislation, and detailed consultations were provided to the client on the specifics of calculating and making payments to the obligatory social and health insurance fund. The proposed vacancies raised high interest in the labor market, lots of well-rounded Chinese specialists were eager to join the team of our client.
